Indian giant E-commerce site Snapdeal offers to their customers to return/replace their order within 90 minutes in 15 cities.
“Snapdeal and gojavas have been working together to augment the logistics ecosystem in the country by bringing innovative customer-focused solutions. The 90-minute reverse pick-up facility is a continuing collaborative effort to design insightful logistics solutions that strengthen our supply chain infrastructure,” said Ashish Chitravanshi, Vice President Operations, Snapdeal.
Snapdeal has been partnered with the company’s supply chain Gojavas of 90 minutes return service pick-ups. The service is currently live in 15 cities and Snapdeal is to enable in rest of the cities soon for quick and uncomplicated returns. Both Snapdeal and Gojavas are looking to expand this service to all 300 cities within the next three to five months.
