By now, you probably know that Pokemon Go is incredibly popular game. It has been downloaded over again in the first week than in any other application in history. Now, one analyst firm estimated that the game has crossed another milestone, probably racking up an absurd 75 million downloads.
This stats comes from Sensor Tower, a group that analyzes of mobile applications that also believes that the game is the fastest ever to reach 50 million global downloads by iOS and Android devices.
Despite the fact that it seems to have peaked in use in the US, it has far more features from around the world to expand.
Nelson also compared Pokemon Go to other popular applications the recently Candy Crush spinoff, jelly Saga. He said that it had “exceeded 50 million installed after a little more than three months. Until now Pokemon Go is not included in the Google Play App Store in any country, and only had a limited number of ads to be installed within three days after its launch.”
In addition to being a cultural phenomenon, Pokemon Go also led to some strange stories and bizarre events.
