When Honda launched a ‘Amaze’ back in 2013, it went on to become the top-selling Honda car. Its diesel version is particularly taken data on selling Honda to the next level, literally. Just for sixteen months, Honda sold more than one lakh Amazes units in India. But in recent months, the car saw sales slump mainly due to the fact that it still has not received an update in over three years on the market until now.
Honda on Thursday launched a new Amaze – prices starting from Rs 5,29,900 for the petrol variants and Rs 6,41,900 for diesel variants.
It sports a completely new chrome grille with the new framing of fog and revised bumpers. Inside, it now comes with a new breakthrough, which was inspired by the forthcoming BR-V, a new combination of jazz instruments and the new system with touch-screen infotainment. Honda Amaze is also suitable for climate control system, and it will be available in a choice of six colors.
The engine will be combined with a 5-speed manual transmission, however, CVT version will also be on offer.
Air bags are optional on all versions of the Honda Amaze. ABS and EBD is standard on all versions except the petrol models E and S.
